【摘要】 目的 观察浮针联合富血小板血浆治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组行浮针联合富血小板血浆（platelet-rich plasma,PRP）关节腔注射治疗，对照组仅行富血小板血浆关节腔注射治疗，统计2组治疗前后VAS膝关节评分、WOMAC评分、Lysholm评分、HSS评分，关节液IL-1β及关节液TNF-α变化，比较2组临床疗效。结果 治疗后VAS膝关节评分、WOMAC评分、IL-1β、TNF-α均低于同组治疗前（P <0.05），膝关节Lysholm评分和HSS评分均高于同组治疗前（P <0.05）；观察组治疗后各项评分及IL-1β、TNF-α指标均优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 2种治疗方法均可有效治疗早中期膝骨性关节炎，浮针联合富血小板血浆治疗可更有效的改善膝关节功能，缓解疼痛，提高患者满意度，优于单一治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 OObbjjeeccttiivvee To investigate the clinical effect of floating acupuncture combined with platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The observation group received floating needling combined with platelet-rich plasma injections, while the control group only received platelet-rich plasma injections. The changes of visual analogue scale(VAS), Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC), Lysholm knee score, American Hospital for Special Surgery knee score(HSS), interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The VAS scores, WOMAC scores, levels of IL-1β and TNF-α were all lower in both groups after treatment(P<0.05), while the Lysholm scores and HSS scores were higher than before(P<0.05). After treatment, the above scores, the IL-1β and TNF-α indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with a statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Both treatments can effectively treat early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis, while floating acupuncture combined with the platelet-rich plasma therapy can more effectively improve knee joint function, relieve pain and improve patients’ satisfaction, which is superior to the single therapy.更多还原
