【摘要】 目的 探讨鳖甲扶正化瘀方联合介入化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床效果及对肿瘤标记物指标的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年1月昌吉州中医医院就诊的晚期消化道肿瘤患者共60例，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组，各30例。对照组采用介入化疗方案；治疗组在介入化疗基础上连用鳖甲扶正化瘀方，连续观察8周。评价2组中医证候改善情况及有效率，生活质量评分，记录患者的不良反应发生情况，检测治疗前后Ca199及CEA肿瘤标记物指标的变化。结果 治疗后腹胀、腹痛、便秘、腹泻、食少、疲乏、呕吐症状评分低于对照组，总有效率、生活质量评分高于对照组，不良反应发生频次少于对照组，1年累计生存率高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；治疗后2组Ca199及CEA水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论鳖甲扶正化瘀方联合介入化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤能够有效改善患者的中医症状，减少不良反应发生，提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the Biejia Fuzheng Huayu Recipe combined with interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal tumors and its effects on tumor marker indexes. Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors treated in Changji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interventional chemotherapy, while the observation group was treated with the Biejia Fuzheng Huayu Decoction on the basis of interventional chemotherapy, both for 8 weeks. The improvement and effectiveness of TCM symptoms in the two groups were evaluated, the quality of life was scored, the incidence of adverse reactions of the patients was recorded, and the changes of Ca199 and CEA tumor markers were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the symptom scores of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, lack of appetite, fatigue and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the total effective rate and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group, the frequency of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and the 1-year cumulative survival rate was higher than that of the control group,all the above dif ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of Ca199 and CEA between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Combined with interventional chemotherapy for advanced gastrointestinal tumors, the Biejia Fuzheng Huayu Recipe can effectively improve the patients’ traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, reduce their adverse reactions, and improve their quality of life.更多还原
