潜孔钻机驾驶室噪声频谱分析与控制
Spectrum Analysis and Control of the Noise in DTH Drilling Rig’s Cab
【摘要】 潜孔钻机凿岩作业时,驾驶室噪声声压级较大,严重影响机手的操作舒适性。本文以国内某款常规型号一体式潜孔钻机为例,分析潜孔钻机钻孔作业时的主要噪声来源,研究潜孔钻机驾驶室噪声控制方法。以降低驾驶室噪声为优化目标,提出一种频谱分析的噪声控制方法,采用优化玻璃厚度方法抑制低频结构噪声,采用声学包吸声措施降低中高频噪声,并通过试验验证降噪措施有效。该噪声控制方法可为同类型凿岩装备降噪提供指导。
【Abstract】 The sound pressure level of the noise in the cab of DTH drilling rig is high during drilling operation,which seriously affects operator’s comfort. In this paper, a regular model of DTH drilling rig in China is taken as an example to analyze the main noise sources during drilling operation and study the noise control methods for cab.Aiming at reducing the noise in cab, a noise control method based on spectrum analysis is proposed. The low frequency structural noise is suppressed by optimizing glass thickness, and the middle and high frequency noise is reduced by acoustic absorption measures. The effectiveness of noise reduction measures is verified through tests. The noise control methods can provide guidance for noise reduction of similar rock drilling equipment.
