【摘要】 目的 调查口腔癌术后患者的出院准备度现状，并分析其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表对深圳市某三甲医院口腔颌面外科的124例口腔癌术后患者进行调查。结果 口腔癌术后患者出院准备度总分为(86.04±14.95)分，出院准备度总分与出院指导质量总分呈正相关(r=0.745,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、住院天数、是否带管出院、出院指导质量是口腔癌术后患者出院准备度的独立影响因素(R~2=0.615,_△R~2=0.592,F=14.251,P<0.001)。结论 口腔癌术后患者的出院准备度受患者年龄、住院天数、带管出院、出院指导质量的影响，医护人员应针对主要影响因素采取相应的干预措施，以提高口腔癌术后患者的出院准备度，帮助患者顺利从医院返回家庭，回归社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of discharge readiness of postoperative oral cancer patients and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods Totally 124 oral cancer patients were surveyed using a general condition questionnaire, the readiness for hospital discharge scale(RHDS) and the quality of discharge teaching scale(QDTS). Results The total RHDS score was 86.04±14.95, positively correlated with the QDTS score(r=0.745, P<0.001). The results of multiple linear regression showed that age, days of hospitalization, whether to wear a tube for discharge and the QDTS score were independent influencing factors of their discharge readiness(R~2=0.615,_△R~2=0.592,F=14.251,P<0.001). Conclusion The readiness for discharge of postoperative oral cancer patients is influenced by patients′ age, days of hospital stay, whether they wear a gastric tube for discharge and quality of discharge teaching. Targeted measures should be taken to improve their readiness for discharge, and help them return home from hospital and back to society smoothly.更多还原
