【摘要】 目的 探讨电子转运交接系统在急诊危重患者院内转运交接中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月-12月笔者所在医院急诊危重转运患者为研究对象，将医院城中院区院内转运的79例急诊危重患者设为对照组，将医院荆北院区院内转运的89例急诊危重患者设为观察组。对照组采用传统纸质交接单进行转运交接，观察组采用电子转运交接系统进行转运交接。比较2组床旁交接时间、转运交接质量，同时调查护士对电子转运交接系统应用的满意度。结果 观察组床旁交接时间短于对照组(t=-12.041,P<0.001),转运交接质量评分高于对照组(t=5.058,P<0.001)。观察组护士对电子转运交接系统的满意度得分为(41.94±7.72)分，条目得分较高。结论 电子转运交接系统在急诊危重患者院内转运交接中的应用，缩减了床旁交接时间，提高了转运交接质量，有利于保障患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of electronic transfer system for emergency patients critically ill. Methods Patients with acute and critical transport in hospital from July to December 2021 were selected, totally 79 emergency patients critically ill in the main hospital were selected into a control group, while 89 counterparts treated in the North ward were chosen into an observation group. In the control group, patients were transferred and handed over using the paper record traditionally, while in the observation group, the electronic transfer system was employed. Then, the bedside transfer time, transfer quality were compared between the two groups, and survey nurses′ satisfaction with the transfer system. Results The bedside transfer time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=-12.041,P<0.001), and the transfer quality of the former was significantly higher than the latter(t=5.058,P<0.001). The score of observation group nurses′ satisfaction with the electronic transfer system was 41.94±7.72, the score for each item is high. Conclusion Electronic transfer system can improve the transfer efficiency of emergency patients critically ill and ensure their safety.更多还原
