【摘要】 目的 探讨基于目标管理理论的多学科团队干预方案对前列腺癌放疗患者出院准备度的影响。方法 选取湖北省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院收治的89例前列腺癌放疗患者为研究对象，按入院时间将其分为对照组和干预组。对照组(44例)实施常规专科护理，干预组(45例)实施基于目标管理理论的多学科团队干预方案，比较2组出院准备度水平、出院指导质量及出院后应对能力。结果 干预组出院准备度和出院指导质量总分均高于对照组(t=-18.16,P<0.01;t=-18.01,P<0.01),干预组积极应对得分明显高于对照组(t=-8.53,P<0.01),消极应对得分低于对照组(t=10.57,P<0.01)。结论 基于目标管理理论的多学科团队干预方案，能有效提高前列腺癌放疗患者的出院指导质量及出院准备度水平，帮助患者提升出院后居家自我护理能力及积极应对能力，对改善患者结局有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team intervention based on goal-oriented management theory on the discharge readiness of prostate cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods A total of 89 patients undergoing prostate cancer radiotherapy in a class-3 grade-A tumor hospital in Hubei province were selected, and divided into a control group(n=44) and an intervention group(n=45) according to their order of admission. The control group was given routine specialized nursing, while the intervention group was provided with intervention based on goal management theory by a multidisciplinary team of specialized nurses. Discharge readiness, discharge guidance quality and post-discharge coping ability were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of readiness for discharge, quality of discharge guidance, and passive coping styce after discharge of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=-18.16,P<0.01;t=-18.01,P<0.01; t=-8.53,P<0.01). The score of negative coping style was lower than the latter(t=10.57,P<0.01). Conclusion The intervention plan based on the target management theory can effectively improve the quality of discharge guidance, discharge readiness of patients undergoing prostate cancer radiotherapy, their self-care ability and active coping ability at home after discharge.更多还原
