【摘要】 目的 探讨假饲对便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备质量及不良反应的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年12月拟行结肠镜检查的195例便秘患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用检查前3 d口服缓泻剂，检查前1晚及检查当天分次口服导泻药物；干预组在对照组的基础上于口服导泻药物的间歇期给予假饲辅助。比较2组不良反应发生率、肠道准备合格率及肠道清洁程度。结果 干预组肠道准备过程中不良反应发生率低于对照组(χ~2=55.990,P<0.001),肠道准备合格率高于对照组(χ~2=4.551,P=0.033);干预组右侧结肠、横结肠、左侧结肠及全结肠波士顿肠道准备评分均高于对照组(t=-3.904,P<0.001;t=-2.934,P<0.001;t=-4.196,P=0.004;t=-4.495,P<0.001)。结论 便秘患者肠道准备过程中间断给予假饲干预，可以有效降低患者恶心、呕吐、腹痛等不良反应的发生率，提高肠道清洁程度。该方法简单、易行，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of sham feeding on the quality of bowel preparation and adverse effects of colonoscopy in patients with constipation. Methods A total of 195 patients undergoing colonoscopy for constipation in 2020 and 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. Both groups were given laxative orally for 3 days before the examination, as well as cathartic medicine the night before and 4 hours before the examination on the day, while the intervention group was additionally provided with sham feeding. The adverse reactions and bowel cleanliness were compared between the 2 groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions during bowel preparation was significantly lower in the intervention group compared with the control group(χ~2 =55.990,P<0.001). The qualified rate of bowel the preparation in intervention group was higher than that in the control group(χ~2 =4.551,P=0.033). Moreover, the Boston bowel preparation scores of the right colon, transverse colon, left colon and whole colon of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=-3.904, P<0.001; t=-2.934, P<0.001; t=-4.196, P=0.004; t=-4.495, P<0.001). Conclusion Intermittent sham feeding during bowel preparation for patients with constipation can reduce the incidence of such adverse reactions as nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain, and improve the degree of intestinal cleanliness.Such method is simple and feasible, and worthy of clinical application.更多还原
