【摘要】 新型冠状病毒感染疫情的大流行对医护人员的心理健康产生了负面影响，若得不到及时识别和干预，不仅威胁医护人员的身心健康，也会大大降低医护救援工作的质量和效率。本文通过收集国内外发表的新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间医护人员心理问题及干预方面的研究文献，针对医护人员的心理问题发生情况、影响因素以及实施的心理干预措施进行综述，以期为维护医护人员心理健康提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic poses negative impacts on psychological health among healthcare workers. If timely diagnosis and interventions are not given, the pandemic not only threatens physical and psychological health among healthcare workers, and greatly reduces the quality and efficiency of medical treatment.Based on review of national and international publications pertaining to psychological problems and interventions among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, this article describes the prevalence of psychological problems among healthcare workers, influencing factors and psychological interventions, so as to provide insights into the protection of psychological health among healthcare workers.更多还原
