【摘要】 目的 探讨不同听力水平的ABR和40HzAERP反应阈值与纯音听阈值的关系。方法 对听力正常及不同程度耳聋的志愿者分别行纯音测听、ABR及40HzAERP测试，比较不同频率下（0.5k、1k、2k、4kHz）不同听力水平组的反应阈与纯音听阈之间的关系。结果 (1)听力损失组ABRⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期较正常组有不同程度的延长（P<0.01）；(2)ABR和40HzAERP各声音频率的反应阈值与纯音听阈值均有较好的相关性（r>0.94），且不同听力水平、不同声音频率的反应阈校正值存在差异。结论 将ABR和40HzAERP联合应用，在法医学鉴定中能较好地评估客观听阈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between response thresholds and auditory thresholds of ABR and 40Hz AERP at different hearing disorder levels. Methods Pure tone audiometry, ABR and 40Hz AERP tests were performed on volunteers with normal hearing and different degrees of deafness respectively, and the relationship between the response threshold and pure tone hearing threshold of different hearing level groups at different sound frequencies(0.5k, 1k, 2k, 4k Hz) was studied.Results The incubation periods of the I, Ⅲ and V waves of ABR test in the hearing disorder group increased compared with that in the normal group(P<0.01).The response threshold of ABR and 40Hz AERP test of each sound frequency had a good correlation with the pure tone hearing threshold(r>0.94), and the correction values of response threshold at different hearing levels and different sound frequencies were different.Conclusion The combination of ABR and 40Hz AERP enables better assessment of objective hearing thresholds in forensic practice.更多还原
