【Abstract】 Functional dyspepsia(FD) is a common digestive disorder that significantly impacts patients’ quality of life.This study investigates the impact of dietary factors on FD.The research reveals that diet plays a role in triggering and developing FD symptoms.High-fat diets are associated with FD onset.Potentially by affecting the secretion of digestive hormones and exacerbating symptoms.Consumption of gluten or cereal protein is linked to FD symptoms, with gluten-free diets showing potential symptom improvement. Carbohydrates and FODMAPs diets also play a role in triggering and developing FD symptoms, while fruits and vegetables might alleviate FD symptoms. Dietary habits and cognitive factors also influence symptom occurrence. While some studies support the diet-FD relationship, high-quality research guiding dietary management for FD patients remains scarce.This study primarily provides an overview of the role of dietary factors in triggering and progressing functional gastrointestinal symptoms. Further investigations are necessary to better understand dietary factors in FD and provide more precise dietary recommendations for patients.更多还原
