移动学习在“机械制造技术基础”教学中的实践探索

【摘要】 机械制造的基础知识主要包括切削加工方法与刀具的基本概念,是“机械制造技术基础”课程重要基础内容。因此有必要在新工科方向指引下,探讨能清晰呈现刀具空间几何关系与切削要素等知识要点,并适度结合金属切削过程中适合学生思维与学习习惯的教学方式。移动学习能充分利用现有移动智能终端和4G或5G通信技术,提高学生学习与教师指导时间与地点的灵活性,在课时压缩大背景下具有的现实需求与意义。首先介绍了目前教学活动在当前背景下存在的不足,其次介绍了移动学习在机械制造过程的基础知识教学实践方法,最后分析讨论了开展移动学习的限制因素及改进方向。

【Abstract】 The basic knowledge of machine manufacturing mainly includes cutting methods and the basic concept of tools, which are the important fundamental contents of "Fundamentals of Machine Manufacturing Technology".Therefore, it is necessary to discuss a teaching method that can clearly present knowledge points such as the space geometry relation of tools and cutting elements and reasonably combine students’ thinking and learning habits in the metal cutting process under the guidance of the new engineering direction. Mobile learning can make full use of existing mobile intelligent terminals and 4G or 5G communication technology to improve the flexibility of students’ learning and teachers’ guidance time and places, which is the practical demand and has practical significance under the background of class hour compression. This paper first introduces the shortcomings of current teaching activities under the current background, then introduces the method of mobile learning on the teaching practice of basic knowledge in the machine manufacturing process, and finally analyzes and discusses the limiting factors and improvement directions of carrying out mobile learning.
