破除“唯论文”背景下的工科研究生科研能力评价体系构建
Construction of the Evaluation System for the Scientific Research Ability of Engineering Graduate Students under the Background of Breaking "Only Papers"
【摘要】 科研创新能力是反映研究生能够创造性解决问题,衡量培养质量的重要指标。该文基于近些年提出的破除“唯论文”相关的政策,分析了工科研究生培养现状,从专业知识学习能力、工程伦理意识、文献检索与阅读能力、科研选题能力、科研设计能力、科研实施能力、组织与表达能力、科研成果能力8个维度出发,提出了综合考评制定细则,特色培养与注重实效,协同创新培养与科技转化的工科研究生科研能力评价体系,为高校实现研究生科研量化管理和评奖评优等提供服务。
【Abstract】 The ability of scientific research and innovation is an important indicator that reflects the ability of graduate students to creatively solve problems and measure the quality of training. Based on the policies related to breaking the "only papers" proposed in recent years, this paper analyzes the current situation of engineering graduates training, starting from the eight dimensions of professional knowledge learning ability, engineering ethics awareness, literature retrieval and reading ability, scientific research topic selection ability, scientific research design ability, scientific research implementation ability, organizational and expressive ability and scientific research achievement ability, this study proposes an evaluation system for the scientific research ability of engineering graduate students which integrates the detailed rules for examination and evaluation, characteristic training and focusing on practical results, collaborative innovation training and scientific and technological transformation, so as to provide services for universities to achieve quantitative management of scientific research and awards and excellence of graduate students.
