【摘要】 面对医学科学部日益激烈的竞争，如何通过精细化管理方法加强国家自然科学基金项目申报质量管理是医院科研处需要思考的重要问题之一。结合具体数据介绍某医院近5年项目管理的思路和举措，从专业化、系统化、数据化和信息化这4个方面落实项目申报的精细化管理。该医院因形式审查被初筛项目数量降为零项，申请质量逐步提升，2021年该院立项数量创历史新高。精细化管理使医院科研项目管理的宏大目标有效贯彻到项目申请各环节并加以落实，提高项目申请质量，持续提升医院基础研究能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the increasingly fierce competition from the medical Science Department, how to strengthen the quality management of NSFC project application through the fine management method is one of the important issues that the hospital scientific research department needs to think about. Combined with specific data, this paper introduces the ideas and measures of project management in a hospital in recent five years, and implements the refined management of project application from four aspects of specialization, systematization, datalization and informatization. The number of projects initially screened by the hospital was reduced to zero due to formal review, and the application quality was gradually improved. In 2021, the number of projects approved by the hospital reached a record high. Fine management enables the grand goal of hospital scientific research project management to be effectively implemented in all aspects of project application, improves the quality of project application, and continuously improves the hospital’s basic research ability.更多还原
