【摘要】 目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)探讨谢晶日教授治疗慢性胆囊炎的用药经验，为中医临床治疗慢性胆囊炎提供参考。方法:收集筛选2021年1月至2022年12月就诊于谢晶日教授门诊且确诊为慢性胆囊炎的病例，提取并规范首诊效方，录入中医传承辅助平台，进行频次统计分析、组方规律分析以及新方分析。结果:共纳入91首效方，包含99味中药，常用药物有18味；常用药物中活血化瘀药使用频次最高，药性以温、寒性为主，药味以辛、苦、甘味居多，归经多属于脾、胃、肝经。通过组方规律分析，获得11味核心药物，包括柴胡、金钱草、郁金、威灵仙等；提取104个核心药物组合，其中“郁金、柴胡”和“柴胡、金钱草”频次最高。通过新方分析，获得4首治疗慢性胆囊炎的新处方。结论:谢晶日教授认为慢性胆囊炎的病机以肝胆湿热，瘀石蕴胆为主；治法方面注重疏利肝胆湿热，通瘀排石，调畅脾胃之枢；遣方用药方面推崇温寒并举，辛苦甘缓，禁忌刚燥，以柴胡、金钱草、郁金、威灵仙、姜黄、白术、白芷等核心药物为基础方随症加减。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore Professor Xie Jingri′s medication experience in treating Chronic Cholecystitis based on TCM Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5), and provided reference for the clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Methods:Collect and screene cases of Chronic Cholecystitis which professor Xie Jingri used to treating from January 2021 to December 2022. Extract and standardize the first visit efficacious prescriptions. Input it into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform. Conduct frequency statistical analysis, group rule analysis and new prescription analysis, and discuss the medication experience of Professor Xie Jingri according to the analysis results.Results:In this study, 91 efficacious prescriptions were included, including 99 traditional Chinese medicines, and 18 drugs were commonly used. Among the commonly used drugs, drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were used at the highest frequency. The drug nature was mainly warm and cold, and the drug flavor was mostly spicy, bitter and sweet, and the most meridians belong to the spleen, stomach and liver meridian. Through the analysis of prescription rules, 11 core drugs were obtained, including Chaihu, Jinqiancao, Yujin, Weilingxian, etc. 104 core drug combinations were extracted, among which "Yujin, Chaihu" and "Chaihu, Jinqiancao" had the highest frequency. Four new prescriptions for treating chronic cholecystitis were obtained through the new square analysis. Conclusion:Professor Xie Jingri believes that the pathogenesis of chronic cholecystitis is mainly related to damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, as well as blood stasis and stone obstruction in the gallbladder. In terms of treatment, emphasis is placed on clearing and regulating the liver and gallbladder, expelling stasis and promoting urination, and regulating the spleen and stomach. For prescription medication, a combination of warm and cold, spicy and gentle herbs is recommended, while avoiding harsh and dry ones. The core herbal formula includes Radix Bupleuri, Herba Lysimachiae, Radix Curcumae, Rhizoma Curcumae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, and Rhizoma Angelicae Dahuricae, and modifications are made according to the individual′s condition.更多还原
