屠宰废水中硝酸盐氮的去除试验研究
Experimental Study on Removal of Nitrate Nitrogen from Slaughtering Wastewater
【摘要】 本研究利用离子交换性使累托石负载季铵盐进行改性,用正交试验和单因素试验的方法,以屠宰废水中硝酸盐氮去除效果作为评价指标,确定改性累托石吸附剂制备的最佳工艺条件。正交试验结果表明,对屠宰废水中硝酸盐氮去除率影响最大的因素是季铵盐的种类。单因素试验结果表明,累托石最佳改性条件下,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为10 h,反应体系pH为7,试剂为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵,废水中硝酸盐氮的去除率达到79.04%。
【Abstract】 In this study, ion exchange is used to make rectorite loaded with quaternary ammonium salt for modification,and orthogonal test and single factor test are used to determine the best process conditions for the preparation of modified rectorite adsorbent, with the removal effect of nitrate nitrogen in slaughtering wastewater as the evaluation index. The results of orthogonal test show that the type of quaternary ammonium salt has the greatest influence on the removal rate of nitrate nitrogen in slaughtering wastewater. The single factor test results show that under the optimal modification conditions of rectorite, the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, the reaction time is 10 h, the reaction system pH is 7, the reagent is cetrimonium chloride, and the removal rate of nitrate nitrogen in wastewater reaches 79.04%.
