【摘要】 目的 探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)与胰岛素抵抗(IR及脂代谢的相关性。方法 150例PCOS患者作为研究对象,依据体质量指数(BMI)分为超重组(BMI≥25 kg/m2, 82例)和常重组(BMI<25 kg/m2, 68例)。检测并比较两组患者IGF-1、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,分析PCOS患者IGF-1与IR及脂代谢的相关性。结果 超重组IGF-1(169.29±9.18)ng/ml、FINS(15.01±2.82)μU/ml、HOMA-IR(3.26±0.64)和BMI(25.86±0.76)kg/m2、TG(1.79±0.09)mmol/L、CHOL(6.43±0.42)mmol/L、LDL-C(4.08±0.55)mmol/L明显高于常重组的(136.05±18.97)ng/ml、(11.55±1.84)μU/ml、(2.55±0.39)、(23.32±1.19)kg/m2、(1.08±0.30)mmol/L、(4.12±0.75)mmol/L、(2.43±0.39)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示, PCOS患者的IGF-1水平与FINS、HOMA-IR、TG、CHOL、LDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05),与FPG、HDL-C无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 超重组PCOS患者血清IGF-1、FINS、HOMA-IR、TG、CHOL、LDL-C明显升高,且IGF-1与FINS、HOMA-IR和TG、CHOL、LDL-C之间具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlation of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) level with insulin resistance (IR) and lipid metabolism in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with PCOS were divided into overweight group[body mass index (BMI)≥25 kg/m~2,82 cases]and normal weight group (BMI<25 kg/m~2,68 cases) according to BMI.IGF-1,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),fasting insulin (FINS),homeostasis model assessment insulin-resistance index (HOMA-IR),triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol (CHOL),high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) levels were measured and compared between the two groups to analyze the correlation of IGF-1 with IR and lipid metabolism in PCOS patients.Results The overweight group had IGF-1 of (169.29±9.18) ng/ml,FINS of (15.01±2.82)μU/ml,HOMA-IR of (3.26±0.64),BMI of (25.86±0.76) kg/m~2,TG of (1.79±0.09) mmol/L,CHOL of (6.43±0.42) mmol/L,and LDL-C of (4.08±0.55) mmol/L,which were significantly higher than those of (136.05±18.97) ng/ml,(11.55±1.84)μU/ml,(2.55±0.39),(23.32±1.19) kg/m~2,(1.08±0.30) mmol/L,(4.12±0.75) mmol/L,and (2.43±0.39) mmol/L in normal weight group,and all differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that IGF-1 levels in PCOS patients were positively correlated with FINS,HOMA-IR,TG,CHOL,and LDL-C (P<0.05) and not correlated with FPG and HDL-C(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum IGF-1,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG,CHOL,and LDL-C are significantly elevated in overweight patients with PCOS,and there is a correlation between IGF-1 and FINS,HOMA-IR,TG,CHOL,and LDL-C.更多还原
