【摘要】 目的 探讨突发性耳聋患者应用银杏叶提取物治疗的临床效果。方法 80例突发性耳聋患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予对症治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合银杏叶提取物治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及治疗前后听力损失评分、听力阈值。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率95.0%高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者听力下降、眩晕、耳鸣、耳闷消失时间分别为(6.14±0.89)、(6.75±0.91)、(5.74±1.01)、(4.17±1.20)d,均短于对照组的(8.25±1.35)、(8.48±1.05)、(7.38±1.12)、(6.24±1.31)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者听力损失评分及听力阈值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后,两组患者听力损失评分及听力阈值均低于治疗前,且观察组患者听力损失评分(0.81±0.32)分及听力阈值(28.35±7.04)dB均低于对照组的(1.38±0.25)分、(45.61±7.26)dB,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋效果显著,可明显改善患者听力及伴发症状,临床可推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 80 patients with sudden deafness were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was combined with ginkgo biloba extract on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, hearing loss score and hearing threshold before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.0%in the observation group, which was higher than that of 77.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of hearing loss, vertigo, tinnitus and aural fullness in the observation group were(6.14±0.89),(6.75±0.91),(5.74±1.01) and(4.17±1.20) d, which were shorter than those of(8.25±1.35),(8.48±1.05),(7.38±1.12) and(6.24±1.31) d in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in hearing loss score and hearing threshold between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the hearing loss score and hearing threshold in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group; the hearing loss score of(0.81±0.32) points and hearing threshold of(28.35±7.04) dB in the observation group were lower than those of(1.38±0.25) points and(45.61±7.26) dB in the control group; the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of ginkgo biloba extracts has a remarkable effect in the treatment of sudden deafness, which can obviously improve the hearing of patients and the accompanying symptoms, and can be popularized in clinic.更多还原
