【摘要】 目的 研究突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者应用前庭康复训练的效果。方法 60例突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。对照组采取药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加前庭康复训练。对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后焦虑情绪、眩晕症状及平衡能力评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(37.54±5.21)分、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分(30.65±4.73)分低于对照组的(45.25±4.19)、(35.70±5.21)分, Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分(44.32±3.62)分高于对照组的(40.91±2.89)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者采取前庭康复训练疗效更为显著,可促进患者眩晕症状的改善,恢复患者平衡能力,也能改善其不良情绪,具有突出优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with sudden deafness and vertigo. Methods A total of 60 patients with sudden deafness and vertigo were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received drug treatment,and the observation group received vestibular rehabilitation training. The clinical efficacy, anxiety, vertigo and balance scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score(37.54±5.21) points and dizziness handicap inventory(DHI) score(30.65±4.73) points in the observation group were lower than(45.25±4.19) and(35.70±5.21) points in the control group; the Berg balance scale(BBS) score(44.32±3.62) points in the observation group was higher than(40.91±2.89) points in the control group; the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with sudden deafness and vertigo,vestibular rehabilitation training has more significant effect, and has outstanding advantages in promoting the improvement of vertigo symptoms, restoring the balance ability of patients, and also improving their bad emotions.更多还原
