多抗广适小麦新品种平麦20选育研究
Breeding of A New Wheat Variety Pingmai 20 with Multiple Resistance and Wide Adaptability
【摘要】 平麦20是以中育01089为母本,豫农040-3品系为父本进行有性杂交,经系谱法选育而成,于2021年通过河南省农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:豫审麦20210094)。在2017—2018和2018—2019河南省区域试验中,两年平均产量为6 427.5 kg/hm~2和8 803.5 kg/hm~2,分别比对照周麦18增产1.8%和6.0%,2019—2020年度参加河南省豫农源小麦试验联合体冬水组生产试验,平均产量8 259.0 kg/hm~2,比对照周麦18增产5.7%。该品种具有高产稳产、抗寒性、抗旱性、抗倒伏性强等优点,适宜在河南省(河南省南部长江中下游麦区除外)早中茬高中水肥地种植。本文还就表型与抗性之间的关系进行了讨论,以期为小麦抗性育种早期选择提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Pingmai 20 is a hybrid of Zhongyu 01089 as the female parent and Yuannong 040-3 as the male parent, which was bred by genealogy method.It was approved by Henan Provincial Variety Examination Committee in 2021(examination number: Yushen Mai 20210094).In the 2017—2018 and 2018—2019 regional trial, the average yield was 6 427.5 kg/hm~2 and 8 803.5 kg/hm~2,which were 1.8% and 6.0% higher compared with the control Zhoumai 18,respectively.In the production test of Winter Water group of Yunongyuan in Henan Province in 2019—2020,the average yield was 8 259.0 kg/hm~2.Compared with the control Zhoumai 18,the yield was increased by 5.7%.This variety had the advantages of high and stable yield, cold resistance, drought resistance, lodging resistance, and was suitable for planting in Henan Province(except the wheat area in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River).The relationship between phenotype and resistance was also analyzed in order to provide reference for early selection of wheat resistance breeding.
