【摘要】 目的：分析国内外卫生事业管理拔尖创新人才的研究现况，总结队伍建设经验，为卫生管理人才培养提供研究方向和理论视角。方法：汇总近三十年CNKI卫生事业管理拔尖创新人才的相关文献，形成文献库，用CiteSpace 6.1.R6对文献的作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果：近年来文献数量呈波动上升趋势，作者与机构之间交流合作有待加强，关键词聚类显示人才培养等七个聚类，关键词时序出现培养模式、培养目标和课程设置三个突现词。结论：对于卫生事业管理拔尖创新人才的培养，建议相关高校和机构通过在数字治理体系下赋予其新内涵、在新文科建设下构建其新课程、以区域协同形成人才培养新路径、通过高校协同促成人才培养的新格局等措施来合力完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the research status of top innovative talents in health services management at home and abroad, summarize the experience of team construction, and provide research direction and theoretical perspective for the training of health management talents.Methods Related literatures of top innovative talents of health services management in CNKI in the past 30 years were collected to form a document database.The authors, institutions and keywords of the literatures were visually analyzed using CiteSpace 6.1.R6.Results In recent years, the number of related literatures showed a fluctuating upward trend.The communication and cooperation between authors and institutions needed to be strengthened.Keyword clustering showed seven clusters including talent cultivation, and three emergent words of cultivation mode, cultivation objective and curriculum setting.Conclusion For the cultivation of top innovative talents in health service management, it is suggested that relevant universities and institutions should innovate new connotation under the digital governance system, construct new courses under the construction of new liberal arts, form a new path of talent training through regional cooperation, and promote a new pattern of talent training through the cooperation among universities.更多还原
