【摘要】 目的：了解山东省泰安市不同性别老年人的自杀意念及其影响因素。方法：采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法选取泰安市6个县(市/区)60岁及以上老年人3896名，使用自编一般情况调查表和生活满意度量表(SWLS)进行调查，采用自杀意念筛查问题调查一年自杀意念，采用SPSS 25.0软件进行多因素logistic回归分析。结果：泰安市老年人一年自杀意念发生率为2.2%,女性自杀意念2.8%发生率高于男性1.5%,(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，居住在农村、受教育程度高中及以上、感受到孤独、经历过消极生活事件(OR=4.55、4.83、17.87、14.20)是男性老年人自杀意念的危险因素。非在婚、感受到孤独、经历过消极生活事件、生活满意度低(OR=1.87、4.48、5.42、2.76)是女性老年人自杀意念的危险因素。结论：泰安市女性老年人自杀意念发生率高于男性老年人，感受到孤独、经历过消极生活事件是该地区不同性别老年人产生自杀意念的共同危险因素，应关注老年人精神健康问题，通过提高老年人社会支持水平有效降低老年人的孤独感，针对经历过消极生活事件的老年人开展心理健康疏导工作，尤其加强对女性群体的心理健康促进，降低自杀意念产生的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the suicidal ideation among the older adults of different genders in Tai′an City and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 3896 elderly people aged 60 and above were chosen from 6 counties/cities/districts of Tai’an City with multi-stage cluster random sampling method, and surveyed with self-made general situation questionnaire and Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS).Suicide ideation screening questions were used to investigate one-year suicide ideation.SPSS 25.0 software was used for multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The incidence of one-year suicide ideation among the elderly in Tai′an was 2.2%,among which the incidence of suicidal ideation of female elderly 2.8% was higher than that of male elderly 1.5%,(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that living in rural areas, having high school education or above, aloneness and experiencing negative life events(OR=4.55,4.83,17.87,14.20) were risk factors for suicide ideation in male elderly.Non-marital status, aloneness, experiencing negative life events and low life satisfaction(OR=1.87,4.48,5.42,2.76) were risk factors for suicide ideation in female elderly.Conclusion The prevalence of suicidal ideation was higher among female than male elderly in Tai′an.Aloneness and experience of negative life events were common risk factors for suicidal ideation among the elderly of different genders in the region.It is suggested to pay attention to the mental health problems of the elderly, effectively reduce their sense of loneliness by improving their social support level, conduct mental health counseling for elderly people who have experienced negative life events, especially strengthen mental health promotion for female, which can reduce the possibility of suicidal ideation.更多还原
