【Abstract】 Big data technology has driven the booming development of personal healthcare information applications, while information leakage incidents are getting more and more serious, and information protection is imminent. The status of information protection practices at home and abroad was studied from three aspects of law, management and technology, and the challenges faced by China were analyzed. Based on which, suggestions of improving laws and regulations and policies, promoting the construction of management institutions and industry self-regulation, and strengthening scientific and technological support with the application of emerging technologies were put forward to provide references for balancing the protection and use of personal health and medical information.更多还原
