【摘要】 目的：整理现有医院工作场所暴力研究内容和重点，探索新媒体背景下医院工作场所暴力发展趋势和研究黑箱，以期为改善医患关系、促进医务人员心理健康、营造和谐社会环境提供符合现实背景的科学循证依据。方法：运用NVivo软件对医务人员遭受工作场所暴力的文献和案例资料进行内容分析，流程包括检索筛选、分类编码、建立节点、频数统计、提炼主题等。结果：文献分析结果显示现有研究多采用现场调查法开展对医院工作场所暴力横断面研究，研究对象主要集中于三级医院医务工作者，躯体暴力最受学者关注。对医务人员职务原因遭受网络暴力案例分析结果显示，施暴者多因对医务人员服务行为、沟通态度不满或不良动机实施暴力，以通过网络侮辱谩骂和造谣诽谤为主要形式，给医务人员职业名誉、身心健康造成严重负面影响。结论：网络暴力作为新媒体背景下医务人员遭受的新兴暴力形式，存在实证研究数量较少、原因及结果剖析不深刻等问题，应得到学者广泛调查和系统分析，深化对新时期医院工作场所暴力的概念边界扩充和内在机制探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the development trend and research black box of hospital workplace violence in the context of new media, and provide scientific evidence-based references for improving doctor-patient relationship, promoting psychological health of medical staffs and creating a harmonious social environment.Methods NVivo software was used to conduct content analysis of the literature and case data on workplace violence suffered by medical staffs, the process of which included search and screening, classification and coding, node creation, frequency statistics, and refinement of themes.Results The results of literature analysis showed that most of the existing studies used field survey method to conduct cross-sectional studies on workplace violence in hospitals, and the research subjects mainly focused on medical workers in tertiary hospitals, in which somatic violence receiving the most attention from scholars.The results of the case analysis of online violence against medical staffs in the workplace showed that the perpetrators were mostly dissatisfied with the service behavior and communication attitude of medical staffs or had bad motives, mainly in the form of online insults and slander, which caused seriously negative impact on the professional reputation and physical and mental health of medical staffs.Conclusion As an emerging form of violence suffered by medical staffs in the context of new media, cyber-violence has a few empirical studies and profound analysis of its causes and results, which should be extensively investigated and systematically analyzed by scholars to deepen the exploration of the conceptual boundaries and inner mechanisms of hospital workplace violence in the new era.更多还原
