【摘要】 目的：通过探究新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院全面托管帮扶叶城县人民医院的实践探索、成效以及存在的问题，总结凝练托管帮扶的经验，为提高边远地区县级医院卫生服务质量提供参考。方法：通过描述性统计分析的方法对叶城县人民医院受援前后主要业务指标等数据进行描述与分析。结果：该受援县人民医院年门诊量、出院患者人数、远程会诊例数、三四级手术率、出入院诊断符合率、好转率、危重患者抢救成功率等指标持续上升，转诊率持续下降，综合运行情况逐年提升。结论：三级医院托管帮扶县级医院的实践成效显著，有效提升了受援医院的医疗服务质量，使受援县人民医院走上了现代化医院管理的道路，当地各族群众也得到了更方便、更规范、更优质的医疗服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experiences and provide references for improving the health service quality of county-level hospitals in remote areas by exploring the practice and existing problems of the trusteeship and assistance of Yecheng County People’s Hospital by the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the main business indicators of Yecheng County People’s Hospital before and after the assistance.Results The number of outpatients, discharged patients and remote consultation, third and fourth level operation rate, admission and exit diagnosis compliance rate, improvement rate, and rescue success rate of critically ill patients in this county hospital kept rising, the referral rate continued to decline, and the comprehensive operation situation improved year by year.Conclusion The practice of trusteeship and assistance of tertiary hospitals to county-level hospitals has achieved remarkable results, which effectively improved the medical service quality of the recipient hospitals, help them to embark on the road of modern hospital management, and made the local people of all ethnic groups received more convenient, more standardized and better medical services.更多还原
