【摘要】 目的 观察维生素K1联合血凝酶对新生儿消化道出血症状及凝血功能的影响。方法 选取2019年6月—2022年6月本院消化道出血新生儿105例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组(52例，常规治疗联合维生素K1治疗)、实验组(53例，对照组联合血凝酶治疗)。比较2组恢复情况、临床疗效；比较治疗前、后2组凝血功能；比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果 与对照组比较，实验组呕血缓解、血便缓解、粪便隐血试验结果转阴时间均缩短(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，实验组临床总有效率升高(P<0.05)。治疗后，与对照组比较，实验组TT、APTT均缩短(P<0.05),t-PA降低(P<0.05),D-D、PAI-1、FIB均升高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 维生素K1联合血凝酶可加快新生儿消化道出血症状恢复，提升临床疗效，改善患儿凝血功能，且安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper aims to observe the effect of vitamin K1 combined with hemagglutinin on neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms and coagulation function. Methods One hundred and five newborns with gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(52 cases, conventional treatment combined with vitamin K1 treatment) and the experimental group(53 cases, control group combined with hemagglutinin therapy) according to the random number table method. The recovery and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The coagulation function of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. The occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the relieved hematemesis, bloody stool, and the time to turn negative of fecal occult blood test results in the experimental group were shortened(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, TT and APTT of the experimental group were shortened(P<0.05), and t-PA was decreased(P<0.05), while D-D, PAI-1, and FIB were increased(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance on the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Vitamin K1 combined with hemagglutinin can speed up the recovery of neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms, improve clinical efficacy, improve the coagulation function of children, and is safe and reliable.更多还原
