蜡蚧轮枝菌可分散油悬浮剂对枸杞棉蚜取食行为的影响
Effect of dispersible oil suspension agent of Akanthomyces lecanii on feeding behavior of Aphis gossypii
【摘要】 为探究枸杞棉蚜经2种蜡蚧轮枝菌可分散油悬浮剂处理后的取食行为差异,本试验利用浸渍法对棉蚜进行室内毒力测定,并利用刺吸电位图谱技术对棉蚜在枸杞植株上的取食行为进行测定。结果表明,棉蚜的死亡率随着制剂浓度和处理时间的增加而增加,处理后棉蚜的死亡率逐渐增加,第2天2种制剂最高浓度的校正死亡率达到40%以上。5 d后2种制剂的致死作用达到最强,其最高浓度处理下的校正死亡率分别达到96.97%和95.97%。2种蜡蚧轮枝菌可分散油悬浮剂3个浓度处理的棉蚜在总记录时间为8 h内均产生7种波形,分别是非刺探波np波、路径波C波、电位下降波pd波、韧皮部分泌唾液波E1波、韧皮部被动取食波E2波、机械阻碍波F波、木质部主动取食波G波。1#制剂np波和C波随浓度的增加而增加,其余波随浓度的增加而降低,2#制剂np波和C波随浓度的增加先增加后降低,其余波随浓度的增加先降低后增加。棉蚜成虫拒食时间由长至短依次为2#制剂1×10~6 cfu/mL浓度、1#制剂4×10~6 cfu/mL、2#制剂4×10~6 cfu/mL、1#制剂1×10~6 cfu/mL、2#制剂2.5×10~5 cfu/mL和1#制剂2.5×10~5 cfu/mL,2#制剂1×10~6 cfu/mL浓度对棉蚜的拒食作用最强。2种蜡蚧轮枝菌可分散油悬浮剂对枸杞棉蚜的取食行为都有影响,其中2#制剂对棉蚜产生的影响最大,可作为有效防控棉蚜种群的真菌杀虫剂。
【Abstract】 To investigate the differences in feeding behavior of Aphis gossypii on Lycium barbarum after treatment by two dispersible oil suspension agents of Akanthomyces lecanii, indoor virulence of the agents was determined using the impregnation method and the feeding behavior of A.gossypii on L.barbarum plants was determined using the electrical penetration graph. The results showed that mortality of A.gossypii increased with the increase of concentration of the formulation and the time of treatment, and the mortality of A.gossypii after treatment increased gradually, with the corrected mortality rate reaching more than 40% at the highest concentration of the two formulations on the 2nd day. The lethal effect of the two formulations was the strongest 5 d after treatment, with corrected mortality of 96.97% and 95.97% at their highest concentration, respectively. A.gossypii treated with three concentrations of the two dispersible oil suspension agents of A.lecanii produced seven waveforms within a total recording time of 8 h, including non-puncturing waveform np, path waveform C, potential drop waveform pd, phloem secretory saliva waveform E1, phloem passive feeding waveform E2, mechanical hindrance waveform F, and xylem active feeding waveform G. The np and C waveforms of 1# formulation increased with the increase of concentration, and the rest of the waveforms decreased with the increase of concentration, while the np and C waveforms of 2# formulation increased and then decreased with the increase of concentration, and the rest of the waveforms decreased and then increased with the increase of concentration. The length of adult A.gossypii anti feeding time was in the order of 2# formulation at 1×10~6 cfu/mL, 1# formulation at 4×10~6 cfu/mL, 2# formulation at 4×10~6 cfu/mL, 1# formulation at 1×10~6 cfu/mL, 2# formulation at 2.5×10~5 cfu/mL and 1# formulation at 2.5×10~5 cfu/mL. 2# formulation at 1×10~6 cfu/mL had the strongest feeding rejection effect on A.gossypii. Two dispersible oil suspensions agents of A.lecanii had effects on the feeding behavior of A.gossypii on L.barbarum, among which 2# formulation had the greatest effect on A.gossypii and could be used as an effective fungicide for prevention and control of A.gossypii.
