【摘要】 研究目的：探究农民工家庭化迁移对宅基地退出意愿影响及城市融入的中介作用，为完善新型城镇化机制和深化宅基地制度改革提供参考。研究方法：基于新迁移经济学理论构建理论分析框架，利用珠三角6个核心地市的典型调研数据，采用有序Logit模型、中介效应模型实证研究假说。研究结果：（1）家庭化迁移显著提升农民工宅基地退出意愿；（2）城市融入4个维度中介效应显著，中介效应占比排序为：心理融入>经济融入>社会融入>居住融入，其中，居住融入最弱并呈现“遮掩效应”；（3）不同代际迁移阶段以及宅基地退出模式中，4个维度中介效应呈现次序分异。研究结论：从深化城乡联动改革、健全城市融入机制和公共服务体系、差别化宅基地退出政策等入手，完善新型城镇化机制与宅基地退出政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of family migration on migrant workers’ the intention of rural residential land withdrawal and the intermediary role of urban integration, to provide the references for improving the new-type urbanization mechanism and deepening the reform of rural residential land institutions. The research methods are as follows. The theoretical analysis framework are built upon the new migration economics theory. Based on the typical survey data of six core cities in the Pearl River Delta, the orderly Logit model and the intermediary effect model are used to empirically test the research hypothesis. The results show that: 1) family migration significantly improves the rural residential land withdrawal intention of migrant workers. 2) Urban integration plays a mediating role. The proportions of mediating effects are as follows: psychological integration>economic integration>social inclusion>residential integration, among which the residential integration is the weakest and presents a “masking effect”. 3) In different intergenerational migration stages and rural residential land withdrawal modes, the four-dimensional mediating effect presents an order difference. In conclusion, the new-type urbanization mechanism and rural residential land withdrawal policy should be improved from the aspects of deepening the urban-rural linkage reform, improving the urban integration mechanism and public service system and discriminating rural residential land withdrawal policy更多还原
