中国省域土地资源配置结构均衡性与效率时空格局分析
Spatial-Temporal Analysis of Structure Equilibrium and Efficiency of Provincial Land Resource Allocation in China
【摘要】 研究目的:揭示我国省域层面土地资源配置结构均衡性及其效率时空格局特征,为合理配置土地资源提供参考。研究方法:洛伦兹曲线—基尼系数法、非参数效率测算法、探索性空间数据及核密度分析法。研究结果:(1)研究期内我国省域层面不同类型土地资源的洛伦兹曲线相互靠拢且基尼系数呈下降趋势,相比于2009年,2019年的耕地、园地、林地、城镇村及工矿用地和交通运输用地等类型土地配置更加均衡。(2)研究期内我国省域土地资源配置效率均值呈现两阶段变化,分界点至2019年表现为下降趋势,要素效率均值高于总效率均值,呈现出以胡焕庸线为界“东南高西北低”的空间分布格局,高高集聚和低低集聚为主要的局部空间自相关类型。(3)总效率演进趋势为总体下降和省域间差距缩小;城镇村及工矿用地碳排放效率低值阈值不断提高同时省份之间差距缩小;交通运输用地碳排放效率呈现阶段性变化。研究结论:2002—2019年我国省域土地资源配置结构均衡性表现为动态稳定,碳排放约束下的土地资源配置效率在时序上呈降低趋势,在空间分布上呈显著正相关和锁定效应,总效率与要素效率时空分布格局非同步变化,上述特征的有效解读为合理土地资源配置提供了启示。
【Abstract】 The purposes of this study are to reveal the equilibrium of land resource allocation structure and the spatialtemporal evolution pattern of land resource allocation efficiency at the provincial level in China, and to provide references for the rational allocation of land resources. Lorenz curve-Gini coefficient method, non-parametric efficiency measurement, exploratory spatial data analysis and kernel density estimation are used in the study. The results showed that: 1) during the study period, the Lorenz curves of different land types moved closer to each other, and the Gini coefficients showed a downward trend in China’s provinces. Compared with 2009, the allocation of cultivated land,garden land, forest land, residential land, industrial/mining land and transportation land was more balanced in 2019. 2) The mean value of provincial land resource allocation efficiency in China from 2002 to 2019 showed a two-stage change,presenting a downward trend from the demarcation year to 2019. The average factor efficiency was higher than the total efficiency. The spatial distribution was high in the southeast but low in the northwest, bounded by the Hu Huanyong line. High-high agglomeration(HH) and low-low agglomeration(LL) were the main local spatial autocorrelation types.3) The total efficiency showed an evolution trend of overall value decline and regional disparity reduction. The carbon emission efficiency of residential land and industrial/mining land presented a continuous increase in the low-value threshold and a narrowing gap among provinces. The carbon emission efficiency of transportation land showed a periodical change. In conclusion, the structure equilibrium of the provincial land resource allocation in China was dynamically stable from 2002 to 2019. The efficiency of land resource allocation under carbon emission constraints showed a decreasing trend in time series, and a significant positive correlation and lock-in effect in spatial distribution. The spatial-temporal distribution pattern of total efficiency and factor efficiency changed asynchronously. Effective interpretation of the above characteristics provides implications for the rational allocation of land resources.
