【摘要】 目的 探讨放射线(介入)科院内感染的危险因素及防控策略。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年12月在吉林大学中日联谊医院放射线(介入)科接受检查的2889例患者为研究对象，收集所有患者临床资料和可能影响因素，通过分析发生院内感染者与未感染者间指标差异来论述放射线(介入)科院内感染的危险因素。结果 共发现173例院内感染者，院感发生率为5.99%。通过单因素和二元Logistic回归分析，检查时间(>40 min)、仪器物表污染(是)、洗手消毒(否)、院感防控意识(薄弱)、侵入性操作(不规范)、细菌监测(否)等是导致放射线(介入)科院内感染的独立危险因素(OR=2.865、3.156、2.124、1.753、1.576、1.814)(P<0.05)。结论 检查时间、仪器物表污染、洗手消毒、院感防控意识、侵入性操作、细菌监测等是导致放射线(介入)科院感的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors and prevention strategies of nosocomial infection in radiology(interventional) department.Methods 2889 patients examined in the Department of Radiology(interventional) in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data and possible influencing factors of all patients were collected.The risk factors of nosocomial infection in the Department of Radiology(interventional) were discussed by analyzing the index differences between infected and uninfected patients.Results A total of 173 cases of nosocomial infection were found, and the incidence of nosocomial infection was 5.99%.Through univariate and binary logistic regression analysis, examination time(>40 min),instrument surface pollution(yes),hand washing disinfection(no),awareness of nosocomial infection prevention and control(weak),invasive operation(non-standard),bacterial monitoring(no) were independent risk factors for nosocomial infection in radiology(interventional)(OR=2.865,3.156,2.124,1.753,1.576,1.814)(P<0.05).Conclusion Inspection time, instrument surface pollution, hand washing and disinfection, awareness of nosocomial infection prevention and control, invasive operation and bacterial monitoring are the risk factors leading to nosocomial infection in radiology(interventional).更多还原
