异基因造血干细胞移植后早发性卵巢功能不全患者骨密度与血脂水平的相关性

【摘要】 目的 探讨异基因造血干细胞移植后早发性卵巢功能不全患者骨密度与血脂水平的相关性。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月于苏州大学附属第一医院初诊早发性卵巢功能不全的异基因造血干细胞移植且年龄不超过35岁患者共75例,检测其骨密度、血脂、性激素等水平,并收集患者基本资料及移植相关资料,建立骨密度与血脂水平的线性回归模型并分析其相关性。结果 异基因造血干细胞移植后早发性卵巢功能不全患者双侧股骨平均骨密度与甘油三酯水平(r=0.044,P=0.002,95%CI 0.612~0.690)、就诊BMI(r=0.019,P<0.001,95%CI 0.807~0.885)呈正相关。结论 对于异基因造血干细胞移植后早发性卵巢功能不全的年轻患者,血脂水平及BMI与骨密度存在相关性,保证合理的脂质摄入、纠正BMI至正常范围对改善骨密度具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between bone mineral density and lipid levels in premature ovarian insufficiency patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods 75 allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation recipients were enrolled in this study from January 2020 to January 2022 when firstly diagnosed as premature ovarian insufficiency in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University and with ≤35 years of age.After measuring their bone mineral density, lipid and sex hormone levels, and collecting related data, the correlation between bone mineral density and lipid levels was analyzed by building a multivariable linear regression model.Results The average femur bone mineral density was positively correlated with both triglyceride(r=0.044,P=0.002,95%CI 0.612~0.690) and body mass index(r=0.019,P<0.001,95%CI 0.807~0.885).Conclusion There was positive correlation of bone mineral density with lipid levels and body mass index.Reasonable lipid supplement and body mass index improvement may help decrease risk of osteoporosis.
