【摘要】 为了诊断某场育肥猪群突发呼吸系统疾病、高死亡率的病因，评估防治方案对该疫病的控制效果。本试验通过现场观察发病猪临床症状、濒死猪器官病变情况，结合实验室检测结果开展综合诊断；根据诊断结果制定了相应的防控方案并评价其效果。结果显示，该场发病猪为副猪格拉瑟菌和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的混合感染。制定的防控方案为：群体给药酒石酸泰万菌素和复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液控制住细菌感染后，迅速接种PRRSV弱毒苗，隔离发病猪，加强环境和流动人员消毒，记录不同栋舍猪群的存栏量和周死淘率直至猪群出栏。实施紧急防控方案后，暴发栋舍周死淘率显著低于采取措施之前(P<0.05),相连栋舍未暴发疾病。结果表明，群体给药酒石酸泰万菌素和复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠，免疫PRRSV弱毒苗，配合控制人员和物资流动、加强猪舍环境管理等防治措施，能够有效的控制副猪格拉瑟菌和PRRSV混合感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to diagnose the cause of a sudden outbreak of respiratory diseases with high mortality rate in a fattening pig farm and evaluate the control measures for this disease, this study conducted comprehensive diagnosis based on clinical symptoms of diseased pigs, postmortem lesions, and laboratory test results. Corresponding control measures were formulated and their effectiveness was evaluated. The results showed that the diseased pigs in this herd were co-infected with Glaesserella parasuis and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV). The control measures implemented included mass administration of Tavanic and compound sulfamethoxazole sodium injection to control bacterial infection, rapid vaccination with PRRSV live-attenuated vaccine, isolation of diseased pigs, enhanced environmental and personnel disinfection, and continuous monitoring of herd size and weekly mortality rates in different pig pens until the pigs were removed from the herd. After the emergency control measures were implemented, the weekly mortality rate in the outbreak pen was significantly lower than before the measures were taken(P<0.05), and adjacent pens did not have disease outbreaks. These results indicate that mass administration of Tavanic and compound sulfamethoxazole sodium, PRRSV live-attenuated vaccine immunization, along with measures to control personnel and material movement, and improved pigpen environmental management, can effectively control mixed infections of Glaesserella parasuis and PRRSV.更多还原
