玉米秸秆栽培平菇的配方筛选及其生物学研究

【摘要】 利用玉米秸秆代替棉籽壳栽培平菇,对不同配方中平菇的菌丝生长速度、生长势、商品性、生物学效率和经济效益,以及培养料中碳氮含量和酶活性进行分析比较。筛选出玉米秸秆栽培平菇的最佳配方为玉米秸秆52.2%、棉籽壳34.8%、麸皮10%、石灰2%、石膏1%。该配方可使平菇菌丝生长健壮、生长速度快,朵形好、叶片紧凑、朵大肉厚,平均单朵质量为193.34 g,生物学效率为127.66%,投入产出比为1∶2。通过对不同培养料配方中碳氮的研究,发现随着玉米秸秆添加量的增加,全碳和全氮含量均降低,碳氮比升高;随着平菇生长时间的延长,碳含量逐渐降低,氮含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,碳氮比呈先降低后升高的趋势。漆酶活性随平菇的生长发育呈先升高后降低的趋势,羧甲基纤维素酶、木聚糖酶活性随平菇的生长发育呈逐渐升高的趋势。

【Abstract】 Corn stalk was used instead of cottonseed hull to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus. The mycelial growth rate, growth potential, commodity, biological efficiency and economic benefit of P. ostreatus under different formulas were analyzed and compared, as well as the carbon and nitrogen content and enzyme activity in the substrate. The best formula for screening corn stalk to cultivate P. ostreatus was 52.2% corn straw, 34.8% cottonseed hull, 10% bran, 2% lime and 1% gypsum. The formula had strong mycelium growth, fast growth rate, good shape, compact leaves, large pileus and thick context, average single weight of 193.34 g, biological efficiency of 127.66%, and input-output ratio of 1 ∶ 2. Through the study of carbon and nitrogen in different substrate formulations, it was found that with the increase of corn straw addition in the substrate, the total carbon and total nitrogen content decreased, and the carbon-nitrogen ratio increased. With the extension of the growth time of P. ostreatus, the carbon content gradually decreased, the nitrogen content increased first and then decreased, and the carbon-nitrogen ratio decreased first and then increased. Laccase activity increased first and then decreased with the growth and development of P. ostreatus, while carboxymethyl cellulase and xylanase activity increased gradually with the growth and development of P. ostreatus.
