秀珍菇生物学特性与工厂化栽培技术

【摘要】 秀珍菇营养丰富并含抗肿瘤活性物质,栽培规模日益增大。从秀珍菇生物学特性辨析其工厂化栽培所需的温度、水分、碳氮源、光照、空气和酸碱度等条件,详细总结其工厂化栽培技术,具体包括栽培料的选择与制作、接种养菌、温差刺激、出菇管理、采收加工、转潮管理和病虫害防控等,利用该技术栽培,秀珍菇头潮菇单袋(装料量1 100 g)产量鲜重约395 g,出菇整齐,一级菇比例高。

【Abstract】 Pleurotus pulmonarius has rich nutritional value and antitumor active substances. In recent years, The scale of cultivation of P. pulmonarius is increasing. From the analysis of the temperature, water, carbon and nitrogen sources,light, air and pH and other conditions required for the industrial cultivation of P. pulmonarius, the industrial cultivation technology were summarized in detail, which includes the selection and production of cultivation materials, inoculation and culture of strain, temperature difference stimulation, management of mushroom production, harvesting and processing, management of tide change and pest control, etc. Cultivated with this technology, the fresh weight of P.pulmonarius is about 395 g/bag at head tide, the mushrooms are neat, and the proportion of first-grade mushrooms is high.
