【摘要】 目的 观察四妙散加味内服联合黄药膏外用治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 84例急性痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在西药常规治疗的基础上加四妙散加味内服联合自制黄药膏外用。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后的中医证候积分,不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的总好转率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组的中医证候积分(4.53±1.17)分低于对照组的(8.80±1.79)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为19.05%,低于对照组的42.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 四妙散加味内服联合黄药膏外用能明显改善急性痛风性关节炎患者的临床症状,起效迅速,疗效显著。中西医联合具有协同作用,显效快捷,并能减轻西药的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Simiao powder combined with Huangyao ointment for external use in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods A total of 84 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with modified Simiao powder and Huangyao ointment. The therapeutic effect, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total improvement rate of the observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than that of 78.57%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in both groups were lower than that before treatment in this group, and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(4.53±1.17) points in the observation group was lower than that of(8.80±1.79) points in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 19.05%, which was lower than that of 42.86% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Simiao powder combined with Huangyao ointment for external use can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute gout,with rapid onset and significant efficacy. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a synergistic effect and can reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine.更多还原
