【摘要】 目的 探讨分析全身麻醉(全麻)下一次性根管治疗术治疗慢性牙髓炎患儿的临床效果。方法 60例慢性牙髓炎患儿作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患儿采取传统根治术治疗,观察组患儿采取全麻下一次性根管治疗。比较两组临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿中出现体温升高1例、咬合疼痛1例以及口腔感染1例,不良反应发生率为10.00%(3/30)；观察组患儿中出现体温升高1例、口腔感染1例,不良反应发生率为6.67%(2/30)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.218, P=0.640>0.05)。结论 慢性牙髓炎患儿接受全麻下一次性根管治疗,能够让患儿咀嚼能力得到良好的提升,值得临床实际推广与使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of one-visit root canal therapy under general anesthesia on children with chronic pulpitis. Methods A total of 60 children with chronic pulpitis were studied and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received traditional root canal therapy, and the observation group received one-visit root canal therapy under general anesthesia. The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of 66.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the control group, 1case of hyperthermia, 1 case of occlusive pain and 1 case of oral infection occurred, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%(3/30). In the observation group, 1 case of elevated body temperature and 1 case of oral infection occurred, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%(2/30). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2=0.218, P=0.640>0.05). Conclusion For children with chronic pulpitis, one-visit root canal therapy under general anesthesia can improve the masticatory ability of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
