颏孔区牙骨质瘤合并颌骨骨岛影响正畸牙移动1例报告
Cementoblastoma in mental foramen area combined with jaw bone island affecting teeth movement in orthodontic treatment:a case report
【摘要】 <正>颌骨骨岛及牙骨质瘤的发病率较低，牙骨质瘤是一种以形成牙骨质样组织为特征的牙源性肿瘤，颌骨内骨岛指的是颌骨内局灶性X线阻射斑块，为骨发育异常引起的。两者都是颌骨的硬化区域，在正畸矫治过程中可能会影响牙齿的移动，如拔牙间隙关闭不全、推磨牙向后效果欠佳等，进而导致矫治的既定目标无法实现。本文报道1例在正畸过程中因颏孔区牙骨质瘤复发增生及颌骨骨岛阻碍导致拔牙间隙关闭不全的病例，讨论临床上如何鉴别牙骨质瘤及颌骨骨岛、两者对正畸的影响及应如何应对，为临床治疗提供参考。
