【摘要】 上牙槽前神经管（canalis sinuosus,CS）是从眶下神经管延伸至上颌骨前部的骨密质管道，内含有上牙槽前神经血管束，是一个在上颌骨前部临床操作中常被忽视的解剖结构。术中不慎损伤CS会导致持续疼痛、感觉异常、出血、骨结合受损和局部感染等并发症。文章聚焦于CS的锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)影像及相关临床研究，从CS的解剖特点、CS与相邻结构的解剖关系、与CS相关的手术并发症及CS损伤的处理和预防等方面做一综述，为在术前识别CS并采取有效预防措施降低上颌骨前部手术的并发症提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The canalis sinuosus(CS) is a dense bone canal extending from the infraorbital nerve canal to the anterior part of the maxilla and contains the anterior superior alveolar nerve vessel bundle. This is an anatomical structure that is often neglected in clinical operation of the anterior maxilla. Inadvertent injury of the CS during operation will lead to persistent pain,sensory abnormality,bleeding,osseointegration damage and local infection. This paper focuses on the cone beam CT(CBCT) imaging and clinical study of CS,and reviews the anatomical characteristics of CS,the anatomical relationship between CS and adjacent structures,the surgical complications related to CS,and the management and prevention of CS injury,so as to provide theoretical reference for the identification of CS before surgery and taking effective preventive measures to reduce the complications of clinical operation of the anterior maxilla.更多还原
