嘉兴市智慧污水管网平台感知层设计与应用
Design and Application of the Perception Layer of Jiaxing Smart Wastewater Pipe Network Platform
【摘要】 面对嘉兴市污水管网运行维护存在的诸多问题,嘉兴市智慧污水平台建设从实际出发,强调平台的排水专业属性,在梳理管网设施静态属性数据、精确采集系统动态运行监测数据的基础上,利用大数据管理平台、水力模型平台等应用支撑系统,形成了一系列应用场景。在感知层建设过程中,以网格分区为基础,通过感知设备合理选型与布设,加强排水设施感知能力建设,并以嘉兴市城市地图为底图,打通原有厂站监测数据,新增管网监测数据,集成第三方数据,以达到实时了解污水系统运行情况的目的,为完善平台信息采集能力、提升污水系统监管能力提供有力支撑。此外,通过感知层数据与排水系统逻辑的结合,形成了区域水量平衡分析、管网淤积分析、管网雨污混接分析等应用场景,为污水系统问题识别提供了有力抓手。
【Abstract】 In the face of many problems existing in the operation and maintenance of Jiaxing wastewater pipe network,the construction of Jiaxing smart wastewater platform starts from reality,emphasizes the drainage professional attribute of the platform,combs the static attribute data of pipe network facilities and accurately collects the dynamic operation monitoring data of the system,and forms a series of application scenarios by using application support systems such as big data management platform and hydraulic model platform.In the process of building the perception layer,based on the grid partition,through the rational selection and layout of perception equipment,strengthened the construction of perception ability of drainage facilities,and took the urban map of Jiaxing as the base map,got through the monitoring data of the original plant and station,added the monitoring data of pipe network,and integrated the third-party data,so as to achieve the purpose of real-time understanding of the operation of the wastewater system and improve the information collection ability of the platform provide strong support for improving the supervision capacity of wastewater system.In addition,through the combination of perception layer data and drainage system logic,application scenarios such as regional water balance analysis,pipe network siltation analysis and pipe network rain and wastewater mixing analysis were formed,which provided a strong grasp for the problem identification of wastewater system.
