水厂与污水厂对水体中微塑料的去除处理技术研究进展
Research Progress of Treatment Technologies for Removal of Microplastics from Water Bodies in WTPs and WWTPs
【摘要】 微塑料在环境水体中普遍存在。作为环境水体与人类社会之间的重要媒介,水厂和污水厂在含微塑料水体的处理中扮演了重要角色。文章综述了水厂和污水厂水体中微塑料的赋存情况,系统地介绍了混凝气浮、砂滤和膜分离等传统工艺对微塑料的去除效果,归纳总结了微塑料的若干新型处理技术,包括通过电化学技术和表面改性技术改进混凝气浮效果、改变过滤介质以提高砂滤的去除效率、使用重力驱动代替压力驱动降低膜分离能耗,选择低成本膜基底降低膜分离成本,改变膜材料降低膜污损等。此外,寻找新型高效的吸附材料也是发展方向之一。研究结果可为水厂和污水厂水体中微塑料的高效去除提供参考。
【Abstract】 Microplastics(MPs) are ubiquitous in environmental water bodies. As an important medium between environmental water and human society, WTPs and WWTPs play important roles in MPs-containing water treatment. This paper reviews the occurrence of MPs in water bodies of WTPs and WWTPs, systematically introduces the removal effect of traditional processes such as coagulation, air flotation, sand filtration and membrane separation on MPs, explores new treatment technologies, and summarizes several new treatment technologies for MPs. It includes improving the effect of coagulation and air flotation through electrochemical technology and surface modification technology, changing the filtration medium to improve the removal efficiency of sand filtration, using gravity drive instead of pressure drive to reduce the energy consumption of membrane separation, choosing low-cost membrane substrate to reduce the cost of membrane separation, changing membrane materials to reduce membrane fouling, etc. In addition, the search for novel and efficient adsorption materials is also one of the development directions. This paper can provide reference for the efficient removal of MPs from water in WTPs and WWTPs.
