【摘要】 人呼吸道合胞病毒(human respiratory syncytial virus,HRSV)是全球引起5岁以下儿童、老年人及免疫功能低下人群急性下呼吸道感染最重要的病原之一。HRSV感染在全球婴幼儿和老年人中均导致较为严重的疾病负担,病毒引入高危人群聚集场所常引起聚集性暴发疫情。由于我国缺乏HRSV感染诊断标准和检测技术规范,无法早期、准确识别HRSV感染,导致我国不同人群HRSV实际疾病负担可能被低估,还可能会因而出现病毒隐匿传播,疫情播散。因此,中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病预防控制所联合其他10家单位撰写了《人呼吸道合胞病毒感染诊断(CT/CPMA 028—2023)》团体标准,以“合法性、科学性、时效性、可行性”为原则,对HRSV感染诊断依据、诊断原则、诊断和鉴别诊断进行了规范,为进一步揭示我国HRSV感染实际疾病负担,也为HRSV感染诊疗、监测、防控、疫苗和抗体等的研发及其使用策略的制定提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Human respiratory syncytial virus(HRSV) is one of the main pathogens causing acute lower respiratory infection in children under 5 years old, elderly, and immunocompromised population worldwide. HRSV infection leads to heavy disease burden in both infants and elderly populations in the world, and usually causes outbreaks in gathering place of high-risk population when exposed to the virus. Due to lack of diagnosis standard and technique standard for HRSV infection in China, it is difficult to detect HRSV infection accurately, especially during the early phase, which may lead to underestimation of the actual burden of HRSV among different populations, and also to occult transmission of the virus and further spread of the epidemic. Therefore, experts from 11 institutions, led by National Institute for Viral Disease Control and Prevention, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, formulated the social organization standard for the Diagnosis of human respiratory syncytial virus infection(CT/CPMA 208—2023), which standardizes the basis, principles, and methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of HRSV infection based on the principles of “being legal, scientific, timely and feasible”. The standard provides the scientific foundation for further clarifying the actual disease burden of HRSV infection in China, as well as provides technical support for the diagnosis, treatment, surveillance, disease control and prevention of HRSV infection, and for development and application strategies of vaccines and antibodies against HRSV.
