【摘要】 在当前对人类增强技术表达诸多人文担忧的语境下，为了促进新兴人类增强技术发展，将从三个方面对其合理性予以探析。首先，健康是人生命存在的最基本保障，人类增强技术对人的健康具有强大的优势和正向人文价值，对身体健康、心理健康、社会适应良好和道德健康等均具有维护和促进作用；其次，人类增强技术将人类推向一种后人类的理想形态，对人类增强技术带来人的自主性和人性丧失的担忧都是不必要的，人类的进化史、人的本质的生成性和人作为操作性的存在都充分表明后人类理想人的可接受性；第三，从技术发展史的角度来看，人类增强技术是技术发展的必然结果，是技术发展向人的回归，也是人的技术本质的展现。人类增强技术符合人类自身和社会发展的逻辑，呼吁一种对人类增强技术的观念上的转变和对建构人类增强技术实践伦理的诉求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the development of human enhancement technology, the rationality of the human enhancement technology will be explored from three aspects in the current context of many concerns. First of all, health is the most basic guarantee of human existence. Human enhancement technology can maintain and promote physical health, mental health, good social adaptation and moral health, and have strong advantages for human health and positive humanistic value. Secondly, human enhancement technology will push human to a post-human ideal morphology, so it is unnecessary to worry about the loss of human initiative and humanity caused by human enhancement technology. The acceptability of the ideal morphology of post-human is fully demonstrated by the history of human evolution, the generative of human nature and the truth that human being is an operational existence. Thirdly, from the perspective of the history of technology development, human enhancement technology is an inevitable result of technological development, which is a process that technology returns to human being, and it is also a display of the technological essence of human being. Human enhancement technology conforms to the logic of human and social development, which calls for a shift in philosophy of human enhancement technology and an appeal to the construction of practical ethics of human enhancement technology.更多还原
