【Abstract】 The Soviet Union’s nuclear research system was established after the Soviet Union started its nuclear program.Its management body is the Science and Technology Committee,which was mainly responsible for formulating the phased plans of the whole system.The core of the nuclear research system consists of the Second Laboratory and the Eleventh Design Bureau,which were mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of nuclear reactors and nuclear weapons.In addition,there were a series of peripheral auxiliary institutions,such as the Ninth Research Institute,the Third Laboratory and the relevant scientific research institutions of the Soviet Academy of Sciences.The Soviet Union used the characteristic functions of its planning system to mobilize resources and completed the establishment of the nuclear research system in a relatively short time,which laid an important foundation for the research and development of nuclear weapons.更多还原
