进修医师职业精神培养的实践与自评结果分析
Practice and Self-Assessment Analysis of the Cultivation of Professional Ethics for Advanced Physicians
【摘要】 目的:了解进修医师职业精神的培训效果,探索适合进修医师的职业精神培养模式。方法:对39名在某三甲医院进行学习的进修医师进行一系列的职业精神培训,培训前后采用进修医师职业精神评价调查表对进修医师的职业精神进行自评。结果:7个职业精神评价要素的自评中,39名进修医师在培训前后评分均为“良”以上水平,经过规范的职业精神培训后,7个职业精神评价要素的评分均高于培训前;其中有4个要素其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);31个职业精神评价指标的评价在培训前后评分均为“良”以上水平,经过规范的职业精神培训后,除“公平合理运用各种医疗资源”“注意维护患者的尊严”外的其余29个指标的评分均高于培训前;其中有9个指标的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进修医师的职业精神表现尚好,规范的职业精神培训有助于提升进修医师的职业精神表现,此培养模式有其推广及应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the training effects on the professional ethics of advanced physicians and explore a suitable model for cultivating professional ethics in advanced physicians. Methods: A series of professional ethics training programs were conducted for 39 advanced physicians studying in a tertiary hospital. A “Professional Ethics Self-Assessment Survey for Advanced Physicians” was used to evaluate the self-assessment of their professional ethics before and after the training. Results: In the self-assessment of seven professional ethics evaluation factors, all 39 advanced physicians scored at or above the “good” level before and after the training. After standardized professional ethics training, the scores for all seven professional ethics evaluation factors were higher than before, with statistically significant differences in four of them(P<0.05). The evaluation of 31 professional ethics indicators scored at or above the “good” level before and after the training. After standardized professional ethics training, the scores for 29 of the indicators were higher than before, with statistically significant differences in nine of them(P<0.05), except for “fair and reasonable use of various medical resources” and “attention to maintaining patient dignity.” Conclusion: The professional ethics performance of advanced physicians is generally good. Standardized professional ethics training helps improve their professional ethics performance. This cultivation model has value for promotion and application.
