课程思政融入耳鼻咽喉科学课程教学的研究与实践

【摘要】 目的:探析课程思政融入耳鼻咽喉科教学课程设计及实践效果。方法:选择2017级87名临床医学专业学生作为试验组,2016级95名临床医学专业学生作为对照组。对照组实施传统课程教学形式,试验组将课程思政融入耳鼻咽喉科学课程教学中。对比两组医学生专业教学效果、思政教育理解度、课程教学满意度。结果:试验组专业实践技能、基础医学知识客观评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组政治认同、家国情怀、道德修养、文化素养、法制意识、职业情操各项思政教育理解度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组课程教学满意度(96.55%)明显高于对照组(85.26%)(P<0.05)。结论:课程思政融入耳鼻咽喉科教学设计主要重视有机融合思政元素及医学教学,课程思政融入耳鼻咽喉科学教学中可以有效提高学生教学满意度、思政教育理解度及综合技能,值得应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curriculum design and practical effect of integrating ideological and political education into otolaryngology teaching. Methods: 87 clinical medical students in 2017 were selected as the experimental group, and 95 clinical medical students in 2016 were selected as the control group. The control group implemented the traditional course teaching form, while the experimental group integrated the ideological and political courses into the teaching of otolaryngology. Compare the professional teaching effect, ideological and political education understanding, and course teaching satisfaction of the two groups of medical students. Results: The objective scores of professional practical skills and basic medical knowledge in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of understanding of ideological and political education in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of course teaching in the experimental group(96.55%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.26%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The teaching design of integrating ideological and political education into otolaryngology mainly focuses on the organic integration of ideological and political elements and medical teaching. The integration of ideological and political education into otolaryngology teaching can effectively improve students’ teaching satisfaction, understanding of ideological and political education and comprehensive skills, which is worth promoting.
