【摘要】 为尽可能减少可靠性分配中专家评分法存在的主观因素影响,引入模糊理论,有效融合不同领域及背景下的专家经验信息,提出针对C~4ISR系统的可靠性分配的模糊方法,对C~4ISR系统的软硬件子系统开展可靠性分配研究,实现对C~4ISR系统可靠性的有效评估,为工程实际问题的解决提供理论方法及参考。

【Abstract】 In order to minimize the effect of subjective factors of expert evaluation method in reliability allocation,this paper introduces fuzzy theory and the information under different expert experience is effectively integrated.Further,the reliability allocation method considering the fuzzy information is proposed for the C~4ISR system.Finally,the reliability allocation for hardware and software subsystems is performed which realizes the effective reliability evaluation for the C~4ISR system and provides some theoretical reference value for engineering practice.
