【摘要】 目的 评价信迪利单抗在抗肿瘤治疗中的使用现状，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对本院2021年1月1日—12月31日期间使用信迪利单抗的处方进行回顾性分析，统计患者基本信息，参考药品说明书、数据库等收集相关资料，对患者的用药情况进行分析和评价。结果信迪利单抗说明书推荐6种适应证，112例患者的数据分析表明，超说明书用药有31例（27.68%），涉及10个瘤种，排名前三的为子宫颈癌（32.26%）、子宫内膜癌（19.35%）、鼻咽癌（12.90%）。结论 信迪利单抗用药相对合理，但面对癌症患者复杂的病情，治疗过程中难免存在超说明用药情况，应进一步强化超说明书用药监管，针对新型抗肿瘤药物建立相应管理制度，在确保患者用药安全的同时，最大化保障医师权益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the current status of sintilimab and promote the rational use of medicines in antitumor therapy. Methods We collected the basic information of cancer patients treated with sintilimab from January 1st to December 31st 2021, analyzed the instructions and searched databases for retrospective analysis and evaluation. Results The analysis of 112 patient data showed except for 6 recommended indications, there were 31(27.68%) off-label drug use,involving 10 tumor species. The top three off-label drug use were uterine cervical carcinoma(32.26%),endometrial carcinoma(19.35%), and nasopharyngeal carcinoma(12.90%). Conclusion The use of sintilimab is relatively reasonable. It is necessary to supervise off-label drug use, manage the novel anticancer drugs in complex conditions, ensure safe use of medicines and protect physicians’ rights.更多还原
