【Abstract】 Building a compact medical community at the county level is crucial for promoting the allocation of high-quality health resources and establishing a hierarchical medical system. Among them, telemedicine and information infrastructure are important components for building such a community. Telemedicine utilizing 5G+AR technologies offers unparalleled freedom and convenience, unbound by time or location, allowing itself to be initiated as needed at any time. The utilization of telemedicine, including tele-emergency care, remote ward rounds and tele-consultation, can be flexibly initiated in pre-hospital or hospital settings to meet actual needs. These practices have demonstrated a positive impact on enhancing the capacity of county medical communities and facilitating the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.更多还原
