【摘要】 预防是最经济最有效的健康策略，“预防为主”是中国共产党在推进人民健康事业实践中始终坚持的卫生工作方针。20世纪70年代以来，国内学界聚焦中国共产党“预防为主”方针的起源、发展历程、经验总结，以及“预防为主”在“爱国卫生运动”“健康中国”建设中的实践研究取得了丰富的研究成果。这些研究为统筹医防关系、推进卫生健康治理体系现代化提供了有益的学术支撑。从研究展望来看，关于“预防为主”方针，在研究视角、研究领域、研究方法上仍有推进空间，需要进一步增强理论联系实践研究，从历史文化中汲取智慧与经验，并在对比研究中加深对该方针的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prevention is the most economical and effective health strategy, and “prevention-oriented” health policy is what the Communist Party of China has always adhered to in promoting people’s health. Since the 1970s, the domestic academic community has achieved abundant research results focusing on the origin, development and experience of the CPC’s “prevention-oriented” policy, as well as the practice of the policy in the Patriotic Health Campaign and Healthy China initiative. These researches provide useful academic support for coordinating the relationship between health care and prevention and promoting the modernization of health governance system. From the perspective of research prospect, there is still room for advancement in research perspectives, fields, and methods on the “prevention-oriented”health policy, and there is a need to further strengthen researches on how to put policy into practice. It is necessary to draw wisdom and experience from history and culture, and deepen the understanding of such policy through comparative researches.更多还原
