被服中螨虫数量测试方法研究

【摘要】 螨虫常寄生隐藏于被服之中,给人类的健康带来危害。文章分析GB/T 24253—2009《纺织品防螨性能的评价》中螨虫检测的原理,通过对被服中螨虫检验方法、取样方法进行研究,设计了一套实用可推广的被服中螨虫数量的检测方法。进一步在苏州某高校宿舍中随机抽取10名男生和10名女生的被服,进行验证性测试,结果表明:本次测试螨虫检出率为90.0%,床尘中螨虫平均密度在0~75 000.0只/g。

【Abstract】 Mites often parasitize and hide in the garment, causing harm to human health. This paper analyzes the principle of mite detection in GB/T 24253—2009 “Textile-Evaluation for anti-mites activity”, and designs a set of practical and generalizable methods for detecting the number of mites in the quilt by studying the detection method and sampling method of mites in the quilt. In the university dorms of Suzhou, 10 male students and 10female students are randomly selected for verification testing. The result shows that the detection rate of mites in this testing is 90.0%, and the average density of mites in bed dust is between 0 and 75 000.0 mites per gram.
