基于水系超级电容器的工作电压扩充研究进展
Research Advances in the Working Voltage Expansion of Water-based Supercapacitors
【摘要】 随着便携式可穿戴电子设备的快速发展,柔性超级电容器储能设备变得越来越重要。其中廉价和环保的水系超级电容器具有高导电性、高倍率性能和长循环寿命,但是因其不能完全利用电活性材料的电化学窗口,造成能量密度相对较低。文章通过解析水系超级电容器电压受限机制,从电容器正负极非对称设计、电解液的调控和电极表面的改性3个方面,对现有扩充工作电压方法的研究现状进行总结,为基于水系超级电容器的工作电压扩充研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Flexible super-capacitors for energy storage devices have become increasingly important with the rapid development of portable wearable electronic devices. Among them, the cheap and environmentally friendly water-based super-capacitors exhibit high electrical conductivity, high rate capability and long cycle service life,but they suffer from their inability to fully utilize the electrochemical window of electroactive materials, resulting in relatively low energy density. By analyzing the voltage limiting mechanism of water system super-capacitors, this paper summarizes the current research status of the existing methods of expanding the working voltage from three aspects including asymmetric design of the positive and negative electrodes, regulation of electrolyte and modification of electrode surface. The obtained results provide a reference for the working voltage expansion research based on the drainage super-capacitor.
